How do I sign in?
Every product uses a single MyMeridi account. Sign in at my.axismeridi.com, then open any product from the suite grid without signing in again. A new device may be asked for a one-time verification code.
A product I need isn't available.
Products appear once they are provisioned for your organisation. Anything marked Coming soon on the grid is still in preview and not yet generally available. If a product you expect is missing, email the team and we'll check your entitlements.
Where do I manage my account and billing?
Your profile, organisation, security and billing all live in your account at my.axismeridi.com. Changes made there apply across every product in the suite.
What is AxisOne?
AxisOne is the launcher for the Axis Meridi suite — one page that links every product. There's a fuller explanation on the About page.
